We live in a time of unprecedented change in our church communities – a change that often takes place in the midst of personal life-transitions. Join Christine MacMillan and Aileen Van Ginkel in exploring personal and communal discernment practices that will help you gain:
· Assurance that God is leading through hard times
· Unity within the Body of Christ
· Clarity in steps for the future
· Focus on following Jesus into our neighbourhoods

**The series will be recorded and a link sent out to all registered participants for those unable to be present during the live session.

Christine MacMillan is Senior Advisor, Social Justice with the World Evangelical Alliance; Aileen Van Ginkel is outgoing Vice-President, Ministry Services with the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada and newly appointed Executive Director of Christian Higher Education Canada.

Throughout this pandemic, we have been hearing stories. Stories of lament and concern – but also many stories of creativity and new opportunities. Join us as we wrestle together about how else we could participate with what the Spirit is up to in our neighbourhoods.

This workshop series is a response to that interest and desire. In three 90-minute sessions, we want to explore together three practices that can help us be more attentive to God at work in our neighbourhoods and more intentional about joining in.

  1. Eating Together Apart? (Practicing Hospitality)
  2. Living on the Front Porch (Practising Presence)
  3. Can I Get a With-ness? (Practising Mutuality)
